Portuguese music legend sings again
Portugal’s most famous singer will soon be immortalized on film.
Fado-singing legend Amalia Rodrigues, who died nine years ago at the age of 79, will be the subject of “Amalia,” starring 29-year-old stage actress Sandra Barata Belo. The film will be directed by Carlos Coelho da Silva.
